ARRIVAL IN KАТНМАNDU
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative, who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After a short briefing, you will check in and have time to relax, allowing yourself to adjust to the vibrant atmosphere of Kathmandu. The rest of the day is free for leisure. After breakfast at the hotel, you will set out for a full-day sightseeing tour. Your journey begins at Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, where you can witness religious rituals along the banks of the Bagmati River. The next stop is Bouddhanath Stupa, an important Buddhist site and UNESCO World Heritage landmark, known for its massive dome and tranquil surroundings. You will then visit Buddhanilkantha Temple, famous for its striking statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on a bed of serpents. The tour continues to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historical complex filled with palaces, courtyards, and intricately carved temples. This cultural experience will immerse you in Nepal's rich architectural heritage. After the tour, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Pashupatinath Temple
Pashupatinath Temple is a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Pashupati, a manifestation of Shiva. Located on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River in Kathmandu, Nepal, the temple is one of the oldest and most significant religious complexes in South Asia.
The Boudhanath Stupa
The Boudhanath Stupa, located 11 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu, is one of the largest and most sacred spherical stupas in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, its massive mandala base and iconic watchful Buddha eyes serve as a global focal point for Tibetan Buddhism and pilgrimage.
Kathmandu Durbar Square
Kathmandu Durbar Square is a historically and culturally significant site in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
CHANDRAGIRI HILL & SWYAMBHUNATH STUPA
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive approximately 40 minutes to Chandragiri Hill, where you will board a cable car for a 10-minute ride to the summit, standing at 2,551 meters (8,369 feet). At the top, breathtaking panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayas await you. The hilltop is home to Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, a revered Hindu site dedicated to Lord Shiva. After exploring Chandragiri Hill, you will descend via cable car and transfer to Swayambhunath Stuра, also known as the "Monkey Temple." This ancient Buddhist site offers stunning views of Kathmandu, along with monasteries, prayer wheels, and a peaceful atmosphere. You will return to your hotel in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.
Chandragiri Hill
Chandragiri Hills is a premier hilltop destination located just 16 km southwest of Kathmandu, Nepal. Rising 2,551 meters above sea level, it features a 10-minute scenic cable car ride, the historic Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, and panoramic views of the Himalayas and the Kathmandu Valley.
Chandragiri Hill Cable Car Ride
The Chandragiri Cable Car in Kathmandu, Nepal, whisks you from the base station in Thankot up to the 2,551-meter summit of Chandragiri Hill in just 10 minutes. The 2.5-kilometer ride provides panoramic views of the Himalayas (including Annapurna and Langtang) and the Kathmandu Valley
Swayambhunath Stuра
This stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal and has numerous shrines and monasteries on its premises. Swayambhu literally means "self-existent one". Believed to date back to 460 A.D., it was built by King Manadeva and by the 13th century, it had become an important center of Buddhism.

Following breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Nagarkot, a popular hilltop destination known for its spectacular mountain views. On the way, you will stop at Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases medieval architecture, intricately carved temples, and vibrant squares filled with history. After exploring Bhaktapur, you will continue the journey to Nagarkot, where the serene atmosphere and breathtaking landscapes provide a perfect retreat. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and have time to relax or explore the surroundings. You will spend the night in Nagarkot, preparing for an unforgettable sunrise experience.
Nagarkot
Nagarkot is a serene hill station in central Nepal, renowned for its panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest. Located just 32 km east of Kathmandu at an elevation of 2,175 meters, it is the perfect getaway to escape the city bustle and catch breathtaking sunrise and sunset vistas.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square
Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a former royal palace complex located in Bhaktapur, Nepal. It housed the Malla kings of Nepal from 14th to 15th century and the kings of the Kingdom of Bhaktapur from 15th to late 18th century until the kingdom was conquered in 1769.
SUNRISE EXCURSION & DEPARTURE
Early in the morning, you will head out for a sunrise excursion to witness the stunning views of the Himalayas, including peaks such as Mount Everest on clear days. The sight of the first rays of sunlight illuminating the snow-capped mountains creates a truly magical moment.
EPARTURE FROM THE NEPAL
After the excursion, you will return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, our representative will accompany you to the international airport, ensuring that you arrive at least three hours before your flight. With beautiful memories of Nepal's landscapes and cultural treasures, you bid farewell to this incredible journey.
